London Marathon

In perfect conditions I managed a personal best of 3hrs, 59mins 47secs.
A vast improvement on last years 5hrs 23mins, but as I have already mentioned not carrying 3.5 stone does help!
Thank you to everyone who sponsored me, your hard earned cash is very much appreciated.
I'm now planning to do Berlin Marathon later in the year, and triathlons are looking appealing!
